Loan Shark

Loan Shark is the shark whom 1st and last appeared in "Debt" on BrainPOP. He charged 50% interest and Moby was about to buy a DVD Loan Shark was trying to sell but Tim stopped him because 50% was too much interest for a DVD that Moby was about to buy. Loan Shark also almost got Uncle Sam in debt.
