A robot, Moby, uses a hose to water the bushes outside a house. He is startled by a loud screech, followed by a crash and a thud coming from inside the garage. He knocks on the garage door. A boy, Ben, pulls up the door. Ben is with their friends Nikki and Ed. There is a piano, a drum set, an electric bass, a microphone, and speakers. Nikki holds a sheet of paper and Ed sits on an amplifier next to her, with a glass of juice. A sign above the door in the back of the garage reads, "The Rockers."

BEN: There you are, Moby!

MOBY: Beep?

BEN: Here's our cool new band!

Nikki waves and Ed raises his glass to say hello to Moby.

BEN: We practice very often.

Moby walks over to the drum set and points to it.

MOBY: Beep!

BEN: No, I don't play the drums.

There is a guitar on a stand next to Ben. Ben points to it.

BEN: I play the guitar.

Moby points to the piano.

MOBY: Beep!

BEN: No, I don't play the piano. I play the guitar.

Ben picks up the guitar and plays it. Moby pictures himself playing the piano.

MOBY: Beep.

BEN: No, thank you, Moby. The band doesn't need a piano player.

Moby points to the bass next to Ed. He pictures himself playing it.

MOBY: Beep?

BEN: We don't need a bass player. Ed plays the bass.

Ed picks up the bass and plays it. Moby points to Nikki.

MOBY: Beep?

BEN: Nikki doesn't play an instrument. She's a singer.

Nikki sings into the microphone. Moby's robot stomach opens up and he pulls drum sticks out of it.

MOBY: Beep.

Ben points to Moby.

BEN: You play the drums?

Moby jumps behind the drum set and plays. Ben gives two thumbs up.

BEN: OK! We need a drummer!

Moby plays a drum solo. Then he points to an object on the floor.

MOBY: Beep?

BEN: What is it? Oh, it's a rock.

Moby looks confused. He pictures a person playing a rock like a guitar.

BEN: Oh, Moby. Nobody plays the rock!

Moby scratches his head.

MOBY: Beep?

They all look at "The Rockers" sign above the door.

BEN: Why? It's there because we're a rock band. The Rockers!

Moby counts down by clicking the drum sticks together and the band plays.
